As you can see on the Picture, we use various constructions of wall insulation.

Massive log can be at exterior or interior and by wall constructions made of thermopanels there does not have to be massive log at all. House design after the completion of construction can be the same and investors do not even need to notice the difference between these two constructions. Although they look almost the same after the completion, the process of fabrication and construction is very different.

An important difference between these two constructions, besides sparing the trees by thermopanels, is mainly the fact that log walls from massif sink and those from thermopanels do not. As thermopanels have significantly smaller mass of wood in their cross-section, later their cracks are significantly smaller than by massive log. It’s also important that thermopanels can be painted from exterior also by non-breathing colours or it’s even possible to cover completely the wood pattern by colours ( e.g. in a city built-up area ) as breathing of this wall construction is securised by a completely different way than for a house made of massif, where only breathing colour can be used from exterior, otherwise the house would be not functionable. The company Lapponia acquired very important acknowledgement from the medical point of view for wooden constructions that are constructed from Thermo Log walls with the use of new heat insulation made of wooden fiber ( VITAL etc ).

Therefore Lapponia´s products can use from 1st May 2011 the logo of Association for asthma and allergies as the first and only constructing company from all the construction types and products on the market are allowed to use the Allergy labelThe certificate has been awarded by the Finnish Federation for Allergies and Asthma. Finland is worldwide famous for its wooden constructions with comfortable and healthy conditions for living and there are many constructing companies. Wood processing industry is number one in Finland.

The heat insulation from wooden fiber is standardly installed directly to the Thermo Log walls in manufactory in case the customer is interested in it. VITAL has been developed directly in the town of Kemi in cooperation with local university. VITAL is excellent heat insulation, completely white, very comfortable on touch and for human skin. It looks like cellulose or cotton that we all know very well from the use in household as well as in medicine. It’s supplied in panels or bales as other well-known heat insulations as for example Rockwool, Isover, Nobasil etc.

Finnish Federation for Allergies and Asthma confirmed with this award that our wooden constructions that are made of red polar pine or northern spruce have become the living environment of highest quality not only for healthy people but also for people who are more or less affected by allergies, breathing problems, asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ( COPD ) etc.

The fact that important resources invested to the development of healthy living in our manufactories are reasonable and fortunately with excellent results of efforts of our coworkers confirms the necessity of these products on the construction and living market.

According to the data from Global Initiative of Asthma there are just in Europe more than 100 millions people ( more than 300 millions people worldwide ) irrespective of ethincal group, socio-economical level or age category suffering with such breathing problems. In the perspective of 10 years it is awaited that some form of allergy will affect every second person. This fact will shift this disease to the group of three most important diseases – along with cardiovascular and oncologic diseases. Bronchi asthma affects already 10% people. Igor Paluga, doctor from pneumo-immunoallergic department says that within 30 years there will be 90% of population affected by some allergy type. As allergy is hereditary disease in approximately 70% of cases, the endurance of our houses is of strong importance during many generations or centuries not only for these families. All this for just one investment of one generation that keeps in mind the health of their children and other generations. This attribute seems to be irrelevant considering the age of an individual but from the point of view stated above it gains huge importance as our constructions have durability of several hundreds of years and therefore they are also important for other generations.

As we deliver our products worldwide, it is very hard to imagine the importance, impact and necessity of these constructions for living, recreation, relax or objects destined for work.

Not only based on the above mentioned certificate that we acquired as the first in this field, we believe that we produce, deliver and construct the healthiest living of highest quality worldwide and that we belong among the top world companies in this field.


The arctic red pine, red cedar and northern spruce are worldwide desired, great construction material of very high quality and long endurance – several hundreds years. It doesn’t require large and difficult maintenance – practically none, except for external painting. In spite of the fact that we deliver exclusively luxurious wooden constructions, the prices of our supplies are comparable with constructions of the highest quality from other suppliers.

The construction and therefore also price is influenced by many inputs: size, number of floors, height of floors, base plate, basements, chimneys, fireplaces, location in terrain, sloping, object type and shape, especially edge shape of outer walls, inner walls shape, wall thickness according to the location or purpose of construction, construction massif ( Solid log: Planed unlaminated log or Laminated log ), Thermo Log, CLT or another, installations, insulations, number of terraces, banisters, stairs, roof covering, eaves, etc. – simply, the price is determined by the type of house with the choice of its version, for example we have over 100 variants only for types of exterior walls.

In the basic offer we have more than 1 300 types of houses made of wood that is tradable on stock-market and therefore the prices of our wooden constructions are constantly in change. Due to the large offer and constant change of prices where the price of the construction material itself, no matter if it is a complete delivery or just some part of it, counts only for about 30-35 % of the turnkey delivery price ( the investor decides about the remaining construction components, 65-70 % of the delivery, and this way also influences the total construction price ), we cannot cite the wooden construction prices, it is always only individual price offer for a specific investor. Therefore it is also useless to talk about the price of construction in Euros for 1 m2 which is often demanded in local conditions.

A real and responsible investor has to define us all their ideas and requirements for the construction at first, including planned investment for the given delivery range, and only after that we can prepare a price offer for them. Based on their plan and financial possibilities we propose a suitable wall construction type and based on this we suggest the manufactory for the house, in Finland or Canada and we agree on the range of delivery and construction works. It can be a turnkey delivery or the clients can build their houses themselves – according to the difficulty of construction.

All wooden houses and constructions CONUS, based on the their wood that comes exclusively from northern parts of Finland, Sweden and Canada and that is processed with the best technologies in this field in the world, including the transport from manufactories in Finland and Canada, are destined, due to higher costs, mainly for investors who want to live in one of the highest quality wooden constructions, who want to own something different, better, of higher quality standards and who are willing to pay for this quality.
These houses cannot be compared from the point of view of quality with any other wooden constructions manufactured and built from the wood in central Europe, or with the constructions made of OSB boards, polystyrenes and other similar materials that we absolutely do not use in our wooden constructions. The only exception is the use of high quality Styrofoam in case of prefabricated wooden houses CONUS IV in combination with the plywood of the highest quality.

In spite of what is mentioned above, we try to offer everyone what they want and we want to please our customers as much as possible. We satisfy the customers.
From the unpretentious ones ( e.g. any houses CONUS I here), looking for cheaper accommodation or those who want to sell their apartment to realize their dream and get own house to the most demanding ones, who want to have large space and financially more demanding constructions or business objects. And also to those, who would like to have their objects in the nature or in built areas in town or anywhere else – so they want and always can be part of the nature in our healthiest constructions.

Price of turnkey house delivery ( you turn the key, open the door and move into a completely functional, clean and new-painted house in the interior for at least 100 years, with all working internal and external engineering networks, including all sanitary technics, ceramics, sewage tank, propane tank etc., with all facing details completed, with or without kitchen line according to requirements ) can move in the average  approx. 1 250 - 1 490 €/1 m2 without basement, fire-place and VAT, so as the example below shows, it can be less or even more, depending on the wall construction type, accessories, type or size of wooden construction.

Therefore we don’t call a turnkey house, as many companies in market do, a house that has no floors, sanitary techniques or other basic house items! Not even mentionning all the enginnering networks without which the house is not functional AT ALL. So even a turnkey house is not the same by different suppliers and the prices are not comparable at all.

Wooden construction is, except for outer painting, not needed to be maintained at all and is very low energetic, according to requirements not only up to passive but even up to zero wooden constructions. Pensioners would have their pension left for better-quality life as they will have no more costs for reparations or maintenance costs and the energy consumption is on minimal level as well. And many many other generations will be on the same position. The price of our wooden constructions does not decrease with age and therefore it copies the immobility prices in the real time.

Costs of the wooden constructions delivered by us are composed as follows:

  • costs of complete production and assembly documentation including the assembly manual for individual construction type and costs of project documentation for construction permit
  • costs of basement on the flatland with continual proportion for 100 m2 up to 10 000 € without VAT, in the slope with cellars it can be twice or even more, just a 15% slope increases the price of basement board without cellar approx. two times
  • costs of support walls, terrain adjustments, fences and gates
  • costs of all engineering networks on the ground on turnkey, including complete geodetic works up to the construction entry to the real estate registry, costs of water and electricity connection, gasification ( also with propane ), sewage, sewage treatment plant, sump or accumulation tank for purified water from sewage treatment for direct use in the garden ( without payment of canalization )
  • costs of the delivery of construction material including the complete assembly of the wooden construction ready for living till the final wall covering with wood or other covering material, wooden floor with final adjustment and all the construction details up to the last moulding, including final painting of interior and exterior, according to the construction type and all included items
  • costs of roof cladding and gutters and lightning conductors if demanded by investor
  • costs of 2-5 chimneys ( fireplace, boiler, exhaust hood, approx. 2 times aeration )
  • costs for all engineering networks in the construction: sewage, water installations, heating, electro installations, aeration, central vacuum cleaner, computer, TV, phone and securing installations and other
  • costs of all batteries, ceramics, showers and bathtubs
  • costs of sauna, sauna oven, sauna or bathing tubs
  • costs of fireplace insertion, fireplace or oven according to requirements
  • costs of kitchen unit
  • costs of other crafts and all other costs necessary for finishing the wooden construction
  • costs of insurance during construction works
  • costs of Energetic certificate
  • other costs upon agreement

Costs of above mentioned Pinea 143/2 m were in several cases altogether around 150 000 up to 195 000 € with VAT. VAT varies according to the country of construction. From this amount, engineering networks on the property were around 10 000 – 20 000 € and wooden construction approx. 140 000 – 175 000 €. For 143 m2 the price for just the wooden construction is approx. 979 to 1 223 €/m2, with engineering networks on the property from approx. 1 049 to 1 364 €/m2. It is good to realize that this is the cost for only one generation and many other generations will have no more costs, eventually according to the technology type, including only by us available certified suitability for people suffering from allergies and asthma. 

We prefer getting the investor to familiarize with all the maximal costs that he can expect during the construction. Including the rating of his own works and all the tasks connected with property and maintenance and operational costs for next around 100 years. In the future, only 1 maintenance of exterior painting is required ( interior paintings are not necessary to be renewed ) after given period of time according to the type of painting and aggressiveness of the environment of the wooden house. Warranties for roof claddings are standardly provided for 50 years, also for burnt and tin claddings. 

We do not want our customers to have experience of running out of finances already in the halfway of construction or later during construction works due to insufficient amount of information concerning all the costs for their new living.

We are different from other suppliers in the fact that our delivery of wooden construction does not standardly know the rough construction ( however it is possible to get one, by us more probably for Canadian constructions than Finnish ones ), because in the material delivery for the construction of wooden house from the manufactory, there are all the wooden ( and not only wooden ) items up to the last detail, so after the assembly of the house, nothing is missing ( rough construction can be any phase of partial assembly from the point of view of the customer ) and the house is ready for moving in and complete without any investor's need to finish anything more.

For many construction types ( for some it is not a problem ), we do not like the deliveries of "rough" or other partial constructions ( but it is with this no problem ), despite their clear lucrativeness, due to following reasons:

  • We do not consider these deliveries fair towards investors, who in many cases build only once in their lifetime and therefore have no experiences with constructions, although they think that they could manage it themselves – our constructions with the durability of many generations could not be managed even by construction workers with 30 years of experiences if they do not have direct leaders – for example each wall construction or technology needs certain know-how and we have more than 100 types. Our work is not carpentry but joinery. We do not use chainsaw during construction but we use only equipment working with millimetre-accuracy. The same concerns all the networks and distributions in the construction, where the technologies are placed according to the individual technology rules and not according to the routine of construction workers from other types of constructions ( mainly masonry ).
  • If the investors did the construction works themselves, or just with help of some suppliers that had not been trained by us, certainly they would not keep some important construction rules and details that guarantee the durability of construction for centuries and so sooner or later there could be a situation that the customer would not be satisfied due to some serious defects. We do not want to risk, due to above mentioned reasons, the finances of our investors and the highest world credit of our products, constructions or technologies – therefore the guaranty of quality and long durability is provided only by the representatives of the producer.
  • In spite of this, it is of course possible to agree with investor on some participation on the construction. It means that in case investors are interested, it is possible to deliver the construction built only up to a certain phase according to their plans.
  • If the customer, in spite of above mentioned facts, decides to build the construction himself and on his own responsibility, we accept it and deliver only the complete manufactured wooden construction with accessories and complete assembly documentation. 



Short overview of technologies of walls and constructions and possibilities of wooden houses CONUS I - IV ( for customers that don’t have enough time to visit all our sites ) for many generations and years without any quality decrease they offer.

A smart investor can just with one investment into his wooden building from us ensure living at low cost for him and for many following generations. It is excellent salubrious and almost maintenance-free housing. Our wooden houses copy actual value of property at the time. Full satisfaction with the use of wooden constructions CONUS now and even in the distant future result from a good decision of the present generation.

We deliver a complete construction of the object with all the covering according to the terms of delivery. All that a customer needs to our delivery ( we deliver everything on turnkey ) is a base plateau with the chimneys, the roof cladding, the insulation of the roof and lower floor, the choice of lower floor, eaves system, desired tiles and coverings for wet spaces and all the network installations. Our houses are, unlike many other competitive products, due to negligible or completely eliminated sinking ( Thermo log system ), immediately inhabitable when built.

Due to the fact we offer markedly more types of wall constructions that our concurrence, including all the finnish producers, we can offer every wooden construction according to finance possibilities of the customers, including less solvent eventually young people or seniors in many variants with the price difference up to approximately 40%.

Wooden buildings are without any additional outside or inside insulation on the final wall boarding without any outside or inside plasters and wet processes. All our warm insulation is built directly inside the walls as well as all the nets and other installations. From ordinary not used wet processes we do only one exception ( only when customers demands, normally is not necessary ): delivery of concrete slab on a mezzanine floor.
We do not use OSB boards, polystyrene and similar materials in Finnish wooden constructions. We use only "living real" wood and warm insulation ( a rockwool or the healthiest insulation a wood wool from wooden fibre ). We supply also constructions with thermal insulation on exterior side ( of course it's possible to make them also with cheaper polystyrene ) and also with any surface treatment in the way that if required they would not look any different from masonry constructions, no matter if it's family houses, hotels, administrative or other buildings.
A final facade can be oriented vertically as well as horizontally or by combination of both in case it is from wood ( insulation has to be on exterior side of walls ) – every floor with vertical final facade has to have insulation from exterior.

In Canadian wooden constructions we do not use any OSB boards but instead we use high-quality plywoodand in some construction types we use Styrofoam ( the blue extruded polystyrene XPS which is usually already attached on prefabricated wall, it´s called "E-panel" ) in exterior and the sprayed thermal insulation, it´s called "the eco green", or the embedded thermal insulation inside the walls.

A1) UNLAMINATED SOLID LOG HOUSE CONUS - walls from Solid log ( massif - unlaminated planed rectangular or round log, D-log, DD-log ) - for the one model of wooden construction there are different prices for different construction types. When is a request for the lowest price then is possible unlaminated ( unglued ) log. The price of unlaminated logs is around 20 - 50 % lower against laminated log.

A2) LAMINATED LOG HOUSE CONUS - walls from Laminated log ( massif - laminated rectangular or round log, D-log, DD-log )

Nevertheless when massif is used we recommend laminated constructions because quality of these constructions is much higher as unlaminated which even with the biggest possible quality of processing cannot have the parameters of laminated logs.

B1) SOLID or LAMINATED LOG HOUSE CONUS - walls from Solid or Laminated log ( massif ) and supplementary thermal insulation from INTERIOR ( rectangular or round, D-log, DD-log )

The U coefficient values – e.g. line 7: rectangular log 170 mm without supplementary heat insulation has U = 0,62 W/m2K, with supplementary insulation 100 mm it has 0,23 W/m2K and together with internal covering 25 mm, total 170 + 100 + 25 = 295 mm, it has 0,22 W/m2K, and by 150 mm just 0,17 W/m2K. 170 mm insulation built-in directly in the THERMO LOG walls ( see next point C ) replaces about thick wooden wall made of logs. From what is mentioned above, it’s clear that each wooden wall construction without supplementary thermal insulation with massive thickness under 500-600 mm cannot fulfill requirements and valid quality standards for permanent living. The quality standard for Slovak conditions gives the minimal heat resistance for external walls without the difference in purpose, R = 1/U = 3, i. e. U = 0,333. This value is R = 4 and U = 0,25 for low-energetic requirements. As the temperature -40°C is not unusual in Finland, our wooden constructions can have without problems R = 6,37 and U = 0,157. For Slovakia R = 4 and U = 0,25 is completely sufficient and we standardly offer for Slovak market the wooden construction with  R = 4,76 and U = 0,21 for external walls and R = 7,14 and U = 0,14 for roof. And the wall thickness is only approx. 250 - 300 mm.

The most common mistake when comparing the prices of wooden constructions from other companies is besides very important parameters of wood moisture and durability the fact that people often forget to compare the values of R coefficients or U of walls between them. The wooden construction can be so far as 40% cheaper by R or U of lower quality.  We deliver a lot of wall construction types and still ( not considering different wall thicknesses, even multiple, for the same construction type ) we can also produce and deliver wooden constructions 20-40% cheaper by keeping the same R and U values so without important decrease in quality. By insufficient low R or U values the price would be significantly lower. Unfortunately many times the wooden constructions are compared only based on their price although their quality is not comparable.

As thermal insulation we use standard rockwool, marks ISOVER or ROCKWOOL. For those who don’t consider this insulation as sufficiently ecological or desire to have totally ecological insulation, we offer and recommend the insulation made of wooden fibres ( e. g. Finnish VITAL, German STEICO, Swiss PAVATEX etc. ). VITAL looks like cellulosis or cotton, it’s completely white ( even pillow under head can be made of it ) and it’s developed in the town of Kemi. STEICO and PAVATEX looks like a wood. Moreover there are other insulations that can be used in our constructions, for example cannabis or different blown insulations based on rockwool or paper.

Delivery terms for houses CONUS from Solid log ( laminated log or unlaminated log - planed log  ) are 8 weeks minimum. 8-12 weeks in average.

B2) SOLID or LAMINATED LOG HOUSE CONUS - walls from Solid or Laminated log ( massif ) and supplementary thermal insulation from EXTERIOR ( rectangular or round log, D-log, DD-log )

This is final design of house - the siding can be oriented vertically as well as horizontally or by combination of both, not only standard horizontally - according a floors or otherwise.

C) THERMO LOG HOUSE CONUS - Thermo log walls ( rectangular or round )

Standard thermal insulation of 170 mm thickness ( or 100, 120, 200 and 250 mm ) is built-in directly in the walls already in the manufactory where the parts of all outter walls are completely assembled, gabled walls and partition walls included and built-in of all windows and inner doors included. This system significantly eliminates possible mistakes by construction and makes the process of the entire construction quicker and better.

Houses of this construction absolutely don’t sink and are immediately inhabitable. Wall structure: Exterior cladding - log panel, e. g. 25 mm, ventilation gap, wind brake board, heat insulation 170 mm, timber frame, moisture barrier and interior cladding - log panel, e. g. 25 mm, or gypsum board, according to request, see here: Wall structure THERMO LOG from CONUS

This object from THERMO LOG walls is produced in the manufactory within 26 weeks. By this time, the construction is completely prepared, construction procedures included. This construction type is very successful in spite of 10-20% higher price compared to massive and it has approximately same price as laminated massives and it has been examined in the toughest Finnish conditions in its more than 50-year history.

The biggest advantages of THERMO LOG construction - that is supplier in Slovakia and Czech republic only CONUS Group – in comparison with all the massive constructions that have the outer wall made of wood exclusively and that we offer as well as other construction types ( above mentioned constructions A) and B) ), are:

  • After many decades it shows, especially from exterior, much smaller disruptions at any place due to the smaller wood massive and therefore it has higher durability with lower maintenance requirements, i.e. the house doesn’t loose its value for longer time period and this construction type is therefore very popular.
  • Many potential installation and painting mistakes are eliminated as the complete walls are assembled in the manufactory based on the wall length from 0,6 m to 6,5 m, including complete windows and exact door openings, potentially also including first or last external painting of wooden construction. This problem can be very important if the house is being constructed on its place without experienced workers or workers that have not been trained by us.
  • Exterior can be also painted by paintings that don’t “breath”, in contrary to the above mentioned constructions A) and B), i.e. in case of interest it’s not obvious at the first glance that it’s a wooden construction and so the object can be placed anywhere in the public build-up area etc. and the houses are even in case of external walls made of wood completely, even visually, equivalent to masonry.
  • First or even last painting of external walls of the highest quality can be also done directly in the manufactory. The panels are everywhere thoroughly painted. When the panels painted in few minutes in the automatic line are dried in the drying line, there will be no unpainted wood visible. The costs are lower compared to painting at construction site and also the quality is higher. As no unpainted wood is visible, it will not happen as in the case of unprofessional painting at construction site with incorrect temperature that after the battens “shrink” with the temperature decrease, there will be visible light strips with width up to approx. 2mm on each batten of external panel at the perimeter of the entire house. Then the house would have to be completely repainted.
  • Exterior and interior cover of house - final siding of walls does not have to be made of the most desired wood but it can be also from any other material, e.g. stone, see next picture of our wooden Thermo log construction, built in Greece, various facing stone, various bricks ( so called klinker brick, jamb brick, brickhouse, etc ), plaster and from other various types of siding.

Delivery terms for houses CONUS from Thermo log are 14 weeks minimum. 14-26 weeks in average.

Objects constructed from individual logs are produced faster, within 8-12 weeks but the construction itself is then slower.

We acquired very important acknowledgement from the medical point of view for CONUS - Lapponia constructions that are constructed from THERMO LOG walls with the use of new heat insulation made of wooden fiber ( VITAL etc. ).

From 1st May 2011 we can use the logo of Association for asthma and allergies as the first and only constructing company and our products are allowed to use the Allergy label.

We acquired the Award - The Certificate - Allergy label in Finland as the only constructing company from all the construction types on the market ( masonry, assembled, wooden constructions etc. ). The certificate has been awarded by the Finnish Federation for Allergies and Asthma. Finland is worldwide famous for its wooden constructions with comfortable and healthy conditions for living and there are many constructing companies. Wood processing industry is number one in Finland.

THERMO LOG construction has been awarded as very healthy and recommended for living to people suffering with various and serious breathing problems.


D) HYBRID HOUSE CONUS - combinated B) and C), where is front walls wooden constructions by glass partitions combined with walls of massif according to B) with big windows or glass partitions and another walls wooden constructions are according to C) from THERMO LOG - this combination enables to use the best characteristics of all wall construction types, see the pictures below. Walls from CLT as well as other wall components are, as well as by Thermo log, produced completely in the manufactory as pre-assembled laminated timber walls with opening for doors and windows. The usual time of delivery for the wooden constructions CONUS is from Finland 8-10 weeks after the contract conclusion. For the constructions, where the complete walls and windows are assembled in the manufactory ( walls construction with THERMO LOG system ), the usual time of delivery is from 14 weeks to 26 weeks.

The installation time of a complete wooden construction on a prepared surface is approx. 8-10 hours/1 m2, with increasing size, number of floors, sloping etc, also the time increases.

The inner installations depend on size and complexity degree of house, as well as on customer request.

We build on turn-key and the construction time of the entire object, comparable with our common average living houses, on a prepared surface is only around 3 - 4 months. This spares your time considerably, as well as your financial means and your health. It enables fast moving into a beautiful new house smelling of nature.

We will build a wooden house for you as a turnkey delivery, or if you want, you can build it by yourself and we can assist you during the construction. If you have your building company and you want it to build the house for you, then we can produce the house and deliver it to this company which builds it for you, with our assistance if needed. We also deliver wooden constructions to building companies that want build them for their own customers.

The range of delivery is based on standard delivery terms and on the list with specification of individual items. The choice of individual items by a customer is determined at first by planning information and then by approvement of complete delivery content, item by item. Different range, but similar, is for objects destined for permanent living and other is for occasional living, or for other object types.

The delivery from Finland, imported usually by 1-2 trucks, contains General construction of home ( see picture that shows General construction of Thermo Log home type Pinea as an example ), all inner and outer facing ( except for facing in wet surfaces, where the tiles will go ), insulations of the exterior, eventually interior walls, floors, windows, doors, terraces, banisters, stairs, sauna, complete roof ( except for roof covering, the insulation of the roof ), all connecting material and ironwork. The items that are usually not included in the common delivery, but can be, are roof covering, the insulation of the roof and lower floor, the lower floor, of it was not chosen and eaves. The customer can decide for roof covering before the object delivery, because the complete roof with counter-laths for spacing between grips for roof covering are part of delivery. We deliver roof covering, rest of insulations and eaves from Finnish and Slovak partners, or from other companies present on Slovak market. The construction is built on a prepared base plate that according to the choice of customer either contains basement or not. You can prepare this base plate in agreed quality and size or we can do it for you as part of turn-key delivery.


The complete project documentation of object construction, including the documentation for construction permit and installation plans are part of delivery. Projects of installations: sewers, electro, water, heating, gas, sanitary technique are of delivery after agreement with customer and his/her choice of technologies before the contract conclusion about the object delivery

Also facilities can be part of delivery ( kitchen, white and black technique, electric equipment ), including very elegant and perfectly processed massive furniture and other accessories.

The chimney supply is according to the choice of heating and ventilation technologies, including fireplaces and fireplace insertions according to the choice from our wide offer.

Turn-key construction also contains all other construction items and their price depends on the agreement with investor and on the quality of installed technologies, where we prefer materials and solutions that influence the future functioning of the object in the most positive way, with the lowest energy costs possible by the highest living standard. Houses in Scandinavia have 3 times lower energy consumption than our houses.
